As CEO and Founder of EWELH, Finee’ Taylor is devoted to helping women and families stabilize, thrive, and reach sustainable success. EWELH begins by meeting critical, immediate needs through programs like Right on Time (emergency grocery assistance) and Lights On (utilities or light bill support), ensuring that participants are grounded and able to focus on growth.
At EWELH, the emphasis expands beyond crisis support. Under Finee’s leadership, the organization offers coaching, training, and resources in areas such as financial literacy, life skills, and holistic wellness. The mission is to create a supportive pathway—starting with stabilization, moving into empowerment, and culminating in long-term sustainment.
Finee’ holds a deep passion for bridging education, community support, and systemic change. She believes that building resilient communities starts with investing in women and families—meeting them where they are, providing practical support, and equipping them with the tools to rise. Outside her organizational work, she remains committed to mentorship, family, and sustaining generational impact.
