G.S. Financial Academy

Establishing Financial Freedom and Housing Stability

G.S. Financial Academy is a life-changing initiative designed to educate, empower, and equip women with the financial skills necessary to achieve stability, security, and long-term success. Through accessible, high-impact online courses, the Academy helps participants address the root causes of financial hardship—offering both knowledge and action steps to transform their lives.

Each course includes live online sessions, interactive tools, and hands-on guidance that allow participants to immediately apply what they learn. The Academy is especially focused on preventing evictions, homelessness, and other challenges that often arise when financial literacy and planning are lacking.

This online 4-week course is designed to help women understand and take control of their finances using the powerful and practical insights from the book How Money Works for Women. Through interactive modules that consist of community discussions, case studies, interactive videos, and access to community resources, participants will gain key financial principles that empower them to make informed, confident, and lasting decisions around money. These decisions will be transformational as well as impactful, which will create financial stability, and freedom.
