About Us
Our History
Empowering Women by Extending and Lending a Helping Hand (EWELH) is a nonprofit organization committed to empowering and supporting women on their journey to success. Established in 2018, EWELH began by providing monetary awards to women in need, helping them overcome financial barriers and access essential resources.
As the organization has grown, EWELH has expanded its initiatives and programs to further support women, reinforcing the belief that every woman has the strength to overcome any obstacle in her path with the right resources and encouragement.
In alignment with its mission, EWELH has partnered with Solomon’s Temple to offer an in-house clothing boutique for women residents, providing professional attire at no cost. Expanding on this initiative, one of EWELH's long term goals is to launch the online Beauty and Me Clothing Boutique, which will offer professional wear and accessories to support women as they prepare for the workforce.
